We are basing this on playing at a leisurely level and feel it’s necessary to mention that playing some of these sports are indeed difficult to play at an elite level, and can be very physically demanding, especially volleyball and basketball –
Soccer –
All you need is a ball to play soccer and maybe a net. The most followed and played sport on the planet, and this is surely down to the ease and simplicity of the beautiful game. Get yourself outdoors with your friends and have a kick about or maybe a competitive game with your local club. Once all is said and done, you can look back on the game and talk about some of the incredible goals, saves, and tackles made. Of course, over time you can practice your skills and try to become the very best, a great sport to watch and of course, it is after all the easiest sports to play.

The most physically demanding sports
Running –
I guess running is probably up there with the most easiest sports to play. Remember all you need is a pair of good running shoes and off you go. This sports form doesn’t have any rule unless one is participating in track and field. Professional racing calls for a lot of training and discipline. However, if one is doing this just for fun, no rules are required. Running keeps the heart healthy and body fit and also provides an excellent way to get out and explore the outdoors with friends or alone.
The most mentally challenging sports
Basketball –
It is rewarding for anyone to grab the basketball and pass it through the basket. You probably don’t need special skills to do so, just a ball, a basket, and some practice can make you fall in love with the sport. Of course, if you want to further in the game, your fitness, skills, and power will have to excel as basketball is not an easy sport once you progress. To be the best, you have to put in the work. Nonetheless, it is an incredible sport that is hugely popular around the world and in particular the United States. Now all that said, go get a ball and shoot some hoops!
Volleyball –
On the rise in popularity amongst many countries worldwide, it is of course volleyball. It can be played on a hot summer’s day at the beach or in your local gym court. In this game, two teams of six players are separated by a net. Both of the teams try to score points against one another. Wherever it may be, it is a sport that demands outstanding teamwork and individual skills also. So next time you are thinking on a fun and exciting sport to play that is incredibly easy to understand, think of volleyball!
Baseball –
Baseball is one of the oldest sports there is. It is one of the most popularly played games in the United States. A simple bat and a baseball bat is required to play this easy game.
While some people might find it difficult to grasp the rules at one go, this is an extremely fun game to play once gotten a hold of it. An extremely fun sport to play with friends and also an exciting game to watch! You need to be quick as a runner and more importantly extremely skilled as a batter. 3 strikes and you’re out!
Padel Tennis
This is a pretty new sport but is also probably the fastest growing sport in the world right now. A predominately Spanish game, Padel is now widely played across Europe and the USA.
