Meet Austin. . .
I started playing golf when I was 15 years old and was instantly addicted to the competitiveness. I fell in love with the process of getting better.
I played 2 years of NJCAA golf and decided to turn pro after that; At the age of 20 I packed my car and moved to Florida to chase my dream!
While I was admittedly nowhere close to being a professional golfer, I found myself getting closer every day, and have had recent success. As you probably already know, professional golf is very expensive, especially at the mini-tour stage.
I have launched this golf crowdfunding campaign to raise money to pay for events, expenses, and mainly for PGA Tour Canada Q-school in March of 2017.
To all that have helped me reach my recent success, and those who will help me reach my full potential, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Nobody has ever made it without a team of dedicated individuals standing behind them. While I don’t have many professional accolades in my young career, I know that I have what it takes, mentally, and physically. I will do all that is in my power to reach my goals and my full potential.
Thank you
From Coach Matt:
As a former 1998 WPGA Junior Leader of the year award winner, and fairly competitive player, I have been around and created good players all my life.
This was certainly magnified by the fact that I worked closely with my late father for many years, which you can learn more about in the video ‘Bencriscutto’ below. Â
The fact that my father is in the Wisconsin Hall of Fame (both as a player and a national, award-winning teacher), and that I have enjoyed many years of teaching, practicing, playing and studying the golf swing, means that picking out potential in players has become quite easy for me.
The reason I mention all of this is to first lend credibility to my endorsement of Austin Benz, and also let you know that I can actually explain why Austin has such a great probability of making onto the PGA Tour.
All of the greatest ball strikers have the same things in common, and Austin is getting closer every day. Â Great players make it appear all so simple, when it is actually a very complex sequencing of motions that has a significant amount of moving parts.
My job is to make it easy to understand, and to teach it to in a way that player fully understands (and feels) without needing to make massive changes.
Austin has come a long way in a very short period of time. Â We are continuing to find and work on the weakest areas of his game, and making rapid improvements.
Austin is hard-working, diligent and focused on becoming the best player he can be, and we have made a formidable team together. Â He continues to get better each week, and I have no problem offering my endorsement to Austin. Â It also should be noted that I rarely offer my services to a player the way I have with Austin.
Lastly, I can assure you that there have been many other players less qualified and or deserving of a sponsorship who were fortunate enough to get one. Â With the necessary financial backing, Austin is one who truly has a chance to make it, and most certainly deserving of the chance.
Kind regards,
Matthew J. Benetti

Low 4 round total!
Recently, I have been playing the best golf of my life. I shot my low round (64) and a career best -15 (273) for 4 rounds. I look forward to carrying my best golf into my summer tournament schedule.
