I took Charlie on 2 years ago now.

He was malnourished and poorly. The owner was just going to put him to sleep and I saw so much potential in him so I took him off her hands to see what I could do with him.

After many long hours, days, weeks and months Charlie started to gain my trust on the ground and started to get better with vet trips.

As the months went by I still hadn’t sat on my horse. Then I thought I would give it a go and see how he went. That was the best moment he was so gentle and well behaved.

We took the training very slow to start his education again and we was soon flying around the ménage doing what we both enjoyed. Walking, trotting, cantering, a bit of dressing and lots of jumping.

Charlie has improved more and more.

We are now jumping courses and are looking to get bigger and start to go out competing as a combination.

We are now fundraising for a new saddle and for our class fees.

We would be appreciative of any little help towards the costs of our new items in which we need.
