It has been a life long goal for the David Lloyd Performance Program to receive an opportunity to run an International Under 18 Tennis Tournament in our club – David Lloyd Riverview.  This year (2018) a dream became a reality when Tennis Ireland has offered to organise and run 1 out of the 3 tournaments in Ireland in our facility. This event will bring junior players from around the world to showcase amazing tennis and battle out for the International Tennis Junior Ranking points (ITF Junior Circuit) that leads to the ultimate pinnacle of junior tennis – Junior Grand Slams. It will be Grade 5 event (all tournaments are Grade A or 1-5).

In order to make this event an amazing experience to all participants, our senior and junior members, guests and spectators we need to raise funds so it is a very memorable experience for everyone. We aim to raise 2500 euro that will be spent on tournament related costs like hosting an internationally recognised referee, having a welcome gift to every player in the draw, making sure that winners get a memorising prizes, making players feel like at home with social events during the week and ensuring that event is run with care and attention to everyone…
