I was 6 years old when my mom took me to my first ballet class. I remember I was so determined and motivated I would exercise on every occasion just to get better and better. Finally, my dream came true and I got in to the representative group where we would have ballet, jazz and gymnastics classes 4-6 times a week.
After 9 years when I was 15 my knees got seriously injured and in the effect I had to stop with my ballet journey. I thought I could never find anything that would bring me as much joy as dancing did, that is how I discovered pole dancing and in addition started going to the gym. Seeing the results of a regular weight training and meeting so many new positive people helped me to mentally recover, so that is why I have decided on becoming a fitness instructor and personal trainer myself.
Back to the times I was still dancing I had always dreamt about having my own certification and perhaps ballet school. Becoming a personal trainer is just as close to what I have always dreamt of and I am sure I can help many people with similar issues I had to recover and always be positive !
