Hi world!

I’m Leonora Tomlinson, and I am a current international Sport Stacking athlete who represented the United Kingdom at the World Championships in 2016 and at UK Nationals 2015. I have most recently been elected as the National coach for Team GB and am in charge of running the day to day needs of the Team GB Sport Stacking team.

I am now on the road to qualification for the 2018 World Championships in the USA after placing in the top 10 for my age in the recent World Championships in Germany. I also am currently number 3 in the 3-3-3 discipline globally, having previously held the fastest time for girls in the world. Additionally, I am the holder of 3 UK records and hope to set new records as I move into the Collegiate division.

British Sport Stacking has no sponsorship that covers the athlete’s travel to tournaments and training camps, and athletes don’t receive any payment to represent our country, hence the need for this fundraiser.  We compete simply for the love of the sport and to represent our country at the highest level.

Being able to represent your country at the World Championships is an honour, and the memory of 2016 is one I’ll treasure. The next event on route to qualification for the World Championships is the European Championships, in Germany (October) and I would love to continue to represent my country at a sport I love.

Through supporting me in this fundraising, you will be helping me to continue to fulfil my dream of representing my country and breaking National and World records. Team GB athletes are able to put sponsorship logos onto the national kit which we wear at all events as well as travel to venues. I also maintain many social media outlets, in which I reach hundreds of people through my posts, having nearly 1,000 followers.
