Who we are
Irish Para Cycling team of Katie George Dunlevy (Stoker) & Eve McCrystal (Pilot) are embarking on a journey of winning Gold at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio.

Katie from Crawley England is eligible to ride for Ireland through her father who is from Mountcharles, County Donegal. She has been cycling for Ireland since September 2011. Before she transferred to cycling she rowed at club and International level, where she became double World Champion for Great Britain in 2004 and 2005.

Eve is from Dundalk in County Louth. She is a Garda based in Monaghan and has two girls ages 6 and 7. Before coming into cycling she competed in triathlon and as a youngster did athletics and football. She decided to focus on cycling in 2011 and joined the partnership with Katie in February 2014.

What we do
Katie is a visually impaired cyclist and, together with her partner Eve on their tandem bike, they will compete for Ireland at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio as well as representing their country at World Cups and World Championships around the world in the next 11 months.

How can you help
Katie and Eve, while funded by their national governing body, Cycling Ireland, have a shortfall in the finances required to make sure they leave no stone unturned in the build up to Rio. By supporting Katie and Eve, you will be assisting them to purchase equipment and offset running costs to allow the team to train and compete at the highest level over the next 11 months. The primary goal is to raise enough money to purchase a custom-built Tandem bike, as well as performance spare parts.

Thank you!
