I am setting up a youth football team to bridge the gap in grassroots and provide young aspiring football a pathway to pro-academy. Besides providing a platform to progression and football development, It is important to recognise that football is both a physical and mental game.
Becoming a footballer is very difficult and it’s important to recognise this. Young kids dream that one day they will become a football player. It not only takes talent, but hard work.
I want to carry out mindset workshops, which looks at areas such as goal setting, being focused, nutrition, what happens if you dont get selected, and that failure isn’t final.

Nike League
We were selected to be in the The Nike London Youth Premier League, which is regularly attended by scouts from Premiership and Championship clubs. It also offers players amazing experience of playing at a higher level than grassroots. Teams will play against pro-academies development sides such as Crystal Palace, providing an exceptional high playing standard and a platform to enable young footballers to both reach their potential and to be scouted by professional clubs
